I'm a college student studying physical therapy — and if there's one thing PT school teaches you, it's that recovery isn't optional. It's where the real progress happens.

ResetRep started because I couldn't find recovery tools that were both effective and accessible. Cold plunge tubs, infrared sauna blankets, BFR bands — the gear that elite athletes and physical therapists swear by — felt out of reach for most people. I wanted to change that.

So I built ResetRep: a brand dedicated to bringing professional-grade recovery technology to everyday athletes, gym-goers, and anyone serious about feeling their best. Whether you're training hard, bouncing back from an injury, or just trying to move better — we've got the tools to help you reset and come back stronger.
